Recognizing this, École Intuit Lab, is proud to introduce a comprehensive 4-year Animation & Motion Design program tailored to meet the needs of the modern digital landscape.
The Indian animation industry is projected to grow significantly, fueled by advancements in technology and an increasing appetite for digital content. The rise of OTT platforms, the proliferation of smartphones, and the increasing importance of digital marketing have created a robust demand for high-quality animation and motion design. This program is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to thrive in this dynamic environment, focusing on creative animation for web, television, digital products, and emerging media.

A four year programme, spread across theoretical classes, studio classes, frequent real-world projects and two industry internships prepares students for a creative career.

Lab 1

Foundation Studies

The Foundation Year is the cornerstone of our 4-year Animation & Motion Design program, meticulously designed to cultivate creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. This year-long journey equips students with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic fields of animation and motion design.

Lab 2

Introduction to Animation & Motion Design

This year marks the transition from foundational skills to specialized knowledge and practical applications. This year is designed to immerse students in the fundamental principles of animation and motion design, providing a comprehensive understanding of the creative and technical aspects required to excel in this dynamic field.

Short internship

1 - 2 months

Students gain real-world experience through internships with renown agencies and studios. This placement allows them to apply their learning in a professional setting, understand industry workflows, and build valuable connections.

Lab 3

Intermediate Animation & Motion Design

Year 3 of our Animation & Motion Design program is designed to elevate students' skills to an intermediate level, focusing on advanced techniques and real-world applications. This year emphasizes the development of specialized skills, preparing students to create sophisticated animations and motion designs that meet industry standards.

Lab 4

Advanced Animation & Motion Design

Year 4 of our Animation & Motion Design program is the culmination of the skills and knowledge acquired over the previous years, focusing on advanced techniques and professional practices. This year is designed to prepare students for the animation industry by honing their expertise, encouraging innovation, and providing extensive real-world experience.

Advanced Character Animation + 3D Animation + VFX for Motion Design + Professional Practices + Experimental Animation + Interactive Storytelling + French

Long internship

6 months full-time

An intensive semester long internship in an agency in India or abroad gives students a chance to apply their experiences and expertise in a collaborative professional environment. Students in these internships work with professional teams and often take on full responsibility of client projects.

ADMISSIONS

Eligibility

Students who have completed grade 12 or higher, who have a passion for design and a flair for the creative can apply to this programme. Students may also apply as transfer students from other graphic design or visual communication programmes. Contact the admissions team for details.

Admission Process

Students must submit the application form to enrol for the desired courses in our institute.

Selection Process

Students will be subjected to a creative intelligence test, personal interview and portfolio evaluation.
