Design, Digital, Strategy

A design school that encourages reflection, learning, and understanding of design & the digital space

École Intuit Lab, India is home to three of the seven campuses of École Intuit Lab, a French institute of design, digital and strategy.

It was co-founded in 2001 by Patrick Felices, Clément Derock and Frederic Lalande. These three industry veterans had a vision to build a culture — not just a school. A culture where creative minds are free to innovate, create and be part of a design revolution.

The three campuses in India are located in Mumbai, Kolkata & New Delhi.

A highly individual experience

Design in the Indian Context

India has historically been synonymous with art. Yet the evidence of the aesthetic touch in Indian surroundings is waning with every passing day. At the same time, a growing economy and an influx of international influence has resulted in some of the richest marketing, branding and communication opportunities in the world — an ideal setting for design professionals.
France brings with it values worth emulating: a country who’s citizens have capitalised on the strengths of their rich heritage, art & culture. By bringing École Intuit Lab to India, the founders have sought to draw on the cultural powerhouse that a French-Indian collaboration can bring.

Design is so simple. That's why it's complicated.

Pillars of the École Intuit Lab Education

Professionalisation

Transforming students into the kind of professionals the industry needs

We cultivate a balance between training and experience, between theory and practice, to introduce students into the real world in a manner that is seamless. We help students develop their own intelligent, reflective creative personalities alongside their professional approach and experience.

Exposure

Creating multicultural environments to enrich students’ understanding of the world

We believe strongly that international exchanges allow individuals to enrich their ideas and open their minds. Our presence in multiple continents allows us to interact with cultures and elucidate different world views. We strive to put this within the reach of our students so that various cultures and mindsets broaden their creative reach.

Fulfilment

Engaging in intelligent creation that is fulfilling for young artists and thinkers

While user and client satisfaction are key, we also focus on the experience of our students as creators. We want them to be proud of their work and their field of expertise, to work to bring form to the surface. As much as their design must add value to the world, it must be fulfilling to execute. This inner satisfaction reflects outwardly in happy, ambitious and engaged students and professionals.
